TERMS
We require your federal tax ID # with your order. Please note your number in the special instructions section of the shopping cart checkout. Our minimum order is $25.00. Orders for less than $25.00 will incure a $5.00 under minimum fee. Products must be ordered in the required minimum quantities.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped FOB West Jordan, Utah using Federal Express. Due to the customized nature of our product, please allow two weeks to process your order and an additional week for shipping. Future dated orders will be shipped on the date requested whenever possible.
RETURNED OR REFUSED MERCHANDISE
Returned or refused merchandise: All claims of damage or shortages must be reported within 15 days of receipt of goods. Please keep all damaged boxes for freight damage claims. Merchandise refused or returned without pre-authorization will be subject to return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.
EMERGENCY SUBSTITUTIONS
Calico Country Scents reserves the right to substitute botanicals in potpourri blends if availability becomes an issue. The substitution will be of equal or greater value.
